Installation and maintenance
Cone wind-locking valve is widely used for the automatic adjustment and control to prevent wild wind from entering and ensure the smooth transportation of conveyer system in the industries such as building materials, mining, coal, metallurgical and power industries.
2. Principle and structure
Relying on the weight of the heavy hammer, the cone valve clack is closed to the valve mouth. When the material reaches a certain weight, the pressure of the material makes the valve clack discharging the material. The heavy hammer resets the cone valve clack. The cone locking wind valve can be only installed vertically and the up part of the wind locking valve should contain a certain material column.
3. Size of shape and installation
a. Cone locking wind valve should be adjusted before using to find out the reasonable position
of the heavy hammer on the lever.
b. The up part of the wind locking valve should contain a certain material column so that it is
sealed to prevent air leakage.
c. The cone locking wind valve must be only installed vertically in order to ensure a normal
work of the balance valve devices.
